Impossible to get help

Can't make payment as systems are down and can't contact o2 (I'm abroad so phone call would cost more than my bill!) Poor services and it's a mission to make a payment. O2 - don't you dare to suspend my services for delayed payment!

Maybe the site was down for maintenance but it seems ok for me at the moment and I too am overseas. If you are still having problems try a different browser.
