How long should it take for an order to appear on My O2?

I placed an order on 15 August and chose to collect it from my local store. I paid for it online using my debit card.

 

The order number (ms-xxxxxxxxx) appeared on the website, I made a note of it.

 

No email has been sent to confirm the order and no text message has been received.

 

Four days later, the order still isn't appearing on my orders:

 

Recent orders

You haven't ordered anything in the last 31 days.

View previous orders

 

How long does it usually take to be acknowledged by the website?

It should be showing some sort of status by now. Has the money left your account?

Best option is to try and call customer service. I don't recommend live chat for this.

If this is for a new contract you will have to wait for a credit check to be completed.
Once approved and order dispatched you will receive an email confirming delivery details.
If it's for an upgrade you need to chase it up with CS on 202.

My most recent order didn't show in my O2 until it had tracking info.
Even the order didn't exist in it until then.

My recent upgrade order appeared within a few minutes - it wasn't updated until it was shipped and the tracking info was available. Maybe there has been an issue with the order, stock, failed credit check etc so maybe the OP should give CS a call.
