Cannot view my bill

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello

after 2 chats online, still no resolution.

I can log onto the O2 web site, go to the billing area but whenever I click on view airtime bill, I receive the following:-

Unfortunately your browser doesn't support My O2. Please upgrade to the latest browser version.

fire fox is up to date.

Even downloaded chrome-same message.

I'm running Windows 7 and have not had this issue before (but cannot remember when I last checked the bill).

Any ideas?

Thanks

It's working OK on chrome for me.
Try clearing cookies and cache.
I'd also check on my mobile to see if it's account or pc based issue.

Hi @Anonymous   I know it will be of no comfort to you, but View my Bill is working fine on Internet Explorer 11 with Windows 7.   Do other links on the page work for you for example, the one for Device Plan Details or the one for  Allowances ,Bolt-ons and Tariffs etc?

Still don't know what the issue is.  This Windows 7 desktop PC is my main PC.

Tried it on my laptop-Windows 8-works fine.

Make sure your OS is fully up to date.
Obviously not an account issue.

It's a security setting issue on the win 7 laptop.
