Broadband is still with Virgin.

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

Broadband is dealt with by Virgin Media

Dial 150 from a Virgin landline or

0345 4541111 from any other phone 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
