Why have you taken the reference names from the individual mobile numbers away?? Previously I could look at my son's and daughters accounts as they were referenced to their names now I have to guess the numbers when looking at their accounts ????

Please reinstate the ability to reference the mobile name to an individual name as opposed to the number !!!!!

Please be aware this is a customer forum with very little to no input from O2 themselves.

If you could give us a little more information as to whether this is in relation to O2 wallet or another product that would be helpful and we can do the best we can.
