I thought this had been answered before already but I can't seem to find it so I apologise if this is a duplicate.

Basically, I have a new PAYG sim and I want to add another number to my account (and keep my old one) - how do I add it to my O2 Account? In the past I have used a new number with a different email account and then just linked them, but I am running out of email accounts and I'm sure there must be an easier way of doing it.

I'd call CS or try live chat and ask them to add it for you.

You can link numbers to your my02.

Is that what you mean so when you log into it you have multiple numbers to choose from ?

A similar thread with the link account link in it http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Linking-accounts/m-p/582530/highlight/true#M39900

You may need to ring O2 Cs if your having problems.

When you get your new sim register it with the same email as your main account.
If you do it in store/on phone tell them you are already a customer and they will add it for you.

I already have 3 numbers on my account but 1 of them doesn't get used anymore. I ordered a new sim and it arrived yesterday. I just want to add it to my O2 account without having to register it with another email address. When I try to register with my current email address it says the email address has already been registered. There is no option to add it in the screen which shows my numbers.
