Id be very surprised if there is not a fair usage policy between 5-8gb hidden in their terms.

Their website as well as their terms and conditions seem to be wonderfully vague about their unlimited deal, but according to the register their does seem to be a cap at 10GB after which it'll drop down to 2G speeds.

so i got this last week, and i get speeds of around 28Mbps inside my home, not tried it outside of the house yet as i also have a Three phone.
I believe the fair usage is around 10GB, plenty for the vast majority of users, and if you are on O2, there is no tariff that allows you to use 10GB anyway, you'd need to go to Three who's unlimited tariff has a fair usage of 1,000GB.
