Your website is rubbish, it has taken me almost half an hour to buy a phone. After all that all I get is a message oops something went wrong. I have now been waiting over TWENTY minutes to join a live web chat. It would have been quicker to jump on a bus into town. I have Beeb a customer with o2 since it was part of BT and called cellnet. I am now left hanging not knowing if you are going to charge my card and deliver my phone or not. And why is this forum asking me to sign in when I am already signed in?

If you can login to myo2 it will show the order if completed and also you will get emails confirming the transaction.
