Emails sent to hotmail domains are returned undelivered

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

Any emails I send to hotmail accounts are returned undelivered with the following message

550 OU-001 (COL004-MC2F2)Unfortunately, messages from 78.***.17.** weren't

sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their

network is on our block list.

Any ideas how I resolve this?

Understood. The O2 webmail service has recently closed so was making sure it wasn't related to that. If you're  having issues with the broadband and have tried the usual restarting the router then contacting customer services is your best bet.

Set up a gmail or Outlook account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Hi

No this is from a business email address.

We use O2 business broadband.

FYI we don't send 'marketing' emails or spam.

We're talking business broadband here not consumer so I've no idea if it's run separately or not?
