Hi, I have received a text message saying my order is confirmed, I haven't ordered anything and can see anything on my order history.  Can anyone help please? Thanks

It's the weird way in which O2 tell you they have applied a billing adjustment to your account to ensure you don't pay more than you did with Virgin.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
