Internet not working on pay as you go

hi

I have an simplicity pay as you go sim card and set it up yesterday and toped it up with a tenner. it is the text and web tariff but i cant get online what so ever. it says that i am not subscribed to a cellular network.. can anyone help me?

Have you put the O2 settings into your phone?
If you need any help with doing it then let us know which phone you have.

Hi.

i have an original iphone and i have always been with o2. the last tariff (pay monthly) i was on only had a wifi bolt on so i have not used the internet on it for quite a while.
