cuppa Twinnings tea = everyday variety, decaff + s/sk milk = no sugar +

Blue Ribband original choccy bic to hand

checking on my cat Marvellous Marty the Magnificent = beside me in his pet-bed under the wooden desk 

on which new basic desktop printer will be put = on or around next payday ..... I mean upon the wooden desk not upon the cat  

kicked my old basic Epson printer in frustration many many months ago 

therapeutic for me for about 3 nano-seconds but really, really bad for the printer 

well, let's see if there are many takers for my initial entry into the off-top unofficial world of 'the lounge area'

today's been a good day

cuppa n chat with people I know including a special friend of mine (a ballsy, but never bolshy Aussie/English Sheila :womanvery-happy:)

a couple of brandies with dry ginger & 2 ice cubes in the town's local WMC amongst friends

my tea made & put in front of me with a cuppa tea made with Yorkshire tea + brewed with Yorkshire water + silver top milk from a nearby farm 

burger in a bun = burger from a local butcher = didn't shrink when pan friend in dripping - fried onions - fresh bun ..... simple food = yum yum & I didn't have to do the washing up = just make pleasant noises about being treated to a meal made for me

fun time on O2C ..... learning about = Google is my friend from @Bambino also a free number from landline & mobile for the Samaritans from @Anonymous

& although the day is moving into late evening it's not over yet

let's hope for a good Book at Bedtime on BBCR4 tonight

& some good stuff on BBCR4 News at Midnight

Long day but tomorrow's going to be longer. Doctors in the afternoon followed by specialist appointment in Manchester at 5.15pm. Rush hour traffic!!

It's a busy week for doctors and hospitals, appointment earlier today for medication review, annual condition review and scan tomorrow and final doctors appointment Friday to get enough prescribed medication for my trip. Then it's wing and a prayer for 3 months.....

(not to wind anyone up...but as I type this I am sitting in t shirt and shorts....trying to get a smidgeon of breeze through this apartment.

Weird day now, wild and windy but the sun has now come out
