Thought this could be a nice space to share some of the poems we have written and inspire each other with our creativity. Poems are a way for me to voice whats going on in my head especially when my anxiety has left me feeling somewhat foggy headed.

Sunshine streams on a cloudless sky

The blue blue expanse stretches as far as the eye can see

Birdsong resonates within me

Signing of joy and hope

Beneath the mirror like water

Jewel like fish glide effortlessly 

Feeding, exploring their underwater kingdom 

Green green grass waves in a gentle breeze 

Dancing with every playful breath
