I signed up with O2 a month ago but within a week decided I didn't like the phone or the contract and changed my mind. I contacted the usual O2 people in India or possibly South Africa and told them so. I filled out all the nessessary forms online and they said they would send me a jiffy bag for the phone. I have heard nothing since!!!.....what I did get is a demand for payment for the phone or they would take me to court! WTF......what can I do now?

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
