I was with O2 for years. Always appreciate the service. The staffs are polite with excellent customers' service. It's a pity that I have to leave to save money.

It's a shame you've had to leave O2 to pastures new for a better contract I'm assuming.

I assume you may have checked via payg SIM cards that your newly chosen network gives good service where you live , commute and work as indicated by jonsie

Good on you for giving praise. Too many people give critism and don't return the praise when it is due. Shame you have to go but this day and age every penny counts.
