Solved: Sms to Russia

I have a windows iphone and until the beginning of July I was able to send a sms to Russia with out any problem, now I am unable to, even if I reply to an incoming sms, yet it is deducted from my credit when I send the sms. I am able to send them to the USA, so a bit puzzled??

Hi

Do you send texts to more than one person in Russia ?

Are they all blocked or just one persons.

Ask the other person to check their phone to see if they have accidentally added you to any blocking facility.

or it could be restrictions in place from the Russian network or a fault with that network.

Hi

It is possible.

Some phones have two blocking facilities.

One for Texts and one for calls so ask them to check both.

Sms from other mobiles in the UK are getting through OK, don't know which networks though. Thanks

I have tried to call the mobile, no dialling tone or anything and sent a sms to another no. on a different network, not received anything but money taken off my credit in both instance's.
