O2 taking money out of my bank account without permission

HI all O2 have for the last three months been taking money out of my bank account. This amount of £10.00 is not linked to any o2 account or phonbe number that I have.

Do I get any help NO

Do i get the  Service agents put the phone down on me YES

Do I get passed around the system YES

Do I get told they cant help YES  but they can thsy NO

Do they still take the money YES

Do managers phone me back NO

The end result is O2 can take money out of my account and they dont know why.

Can they put me through to sombody who can help NO

 

Does any body have any idears

Firstly stop any more charges with your bank and secondly raise a complaint for them to investigate http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Already done both of them, but my point is that its fraud and they dont seam to be intreasted. they could have cleared my account.  But you cant get past the service agent.

If no one is moving this on for you.... then this is part of the complaints process

You can if you follow the complaints process.

You can also get the CEO's email address of Google and write to him directly - this usually gets a result.
