I have just had my January Rewards I now have £14.00 on my phone, according to the records I need to pay for a bolt on, Is there anyway that my bolt on can be paid out of the £14.00.

That's what it seems to say in the Rewards page:

Remember you can save your rewards and choose how you use them. Get money off gig tickets, a new mobile, High Street vouchers, or extra airtime credit. And you can keep track of them online at o2.co.uk/rewards

If you have enough credit on your phone then it should just be taken out automatically when you pay for the bolt on. You should receive a text from O2 a few days before the bolt on is due saying your bolt on anniversary date is coming up and to make sure you have enough credit. On the anniversary date you will then get another text from O2 saying they have taken the money out for your bolt on or a text from O2 saying that you don't have enough credit for the bolt on to be paid.
