I've been online twice today trying to get online help - been sat like a lemon for ages with O2 telling me to 'give them a moment' - how long is this 'moment' supposed to be ?!

Hi @Anonymous
It really does depend on when you ring....a moment can be 6 minutes for me when phoning at 8.20am.....it can be a damn sight longer at other times. Sorry to hear you are struggling to get to speak to someone..:smileysad:

I've given up - clearly cutting staff numbers to the bone to save money is more important than customer service !

Sorry to hear about the waiting times @Anonymous, the advisers are very busy at the moment due to a recent device release. Please keep trying and you can also call us on 202.

In my experience an O2 moment is at least 4 days and counting been trying to use their web site, call centre and web chat since Friday morning without success and all I wanted to do was upgrade and renew my contract...perhaps I should look elsewhere now...
