Last week I had major problems with my emails on my laptop. I used Incredimail and BT Yahoo mail. Anyway got it all sorted as my husband took them both off and started me on Outlook email....which is ok as it does what I want it to....
All that aside I have noticed a change to emails when informing me of PM's. In the past it was a simple email to say '*Joe Bloggs* has sent you a PM in the O2 community'....you then had to log on to read it.
Now I am getting the same email but if I scroll down the email I can actually read the PM...without logging on at all?.... Very strange. Is this because i have changed to Outlook or what...??

This just now....its beyond inconvenience now. I have to refresh and wait an age to reload. Nothing wrong with the wifi and no problem with any other site.

You can see the time stamp on top, bear in mind I'm 6 hours ahead of UK time.

Cheers for the screenshots, big help! We'll keep you posted - hopefully the issue can be identified soon. I can understand it must be frustrating.

Here is a new very annoying glitch just happened for the first time ever (In my experience) I have attempted to click on a users name and get this.....
It initially was one name I clicked on...then tried others and got the same....??
No idea if @Marjo or @Anonymous can explain it? Quite worrying that we are approaching the weekend and still major forum problems....

I see yours is a different ID number. I am wondering whether this glitch is avatar/user name related? I tried MI5, Jonsie, Viridis and myself.... and got the error message each time of trying....
I was getting paranoid. I thought I had been blocked

Possibly every error throws up a different ID number but surely after all this time there is someone competent in the outsourced IT department who can sort this website out...or maybe not. Pay peanuts...
