02 Upgrade

An upgrade code has been sent to my phone, however my phone is broke so I cannot access it, what do I do?

Are you able to put your sim in another phone to receive it if not you will have to phone customer services

So have you tried to upgrade online? If you can't get the code you will have to phone customer services and they may be able to give you the code or upgrade you over the phone if not you could upgrade in store

Trying to upgrade online, will have to wait until the morning now, thaks for your help.

No problem sorry there's no other way round it hope all goes ok with the upgrade

We have had numerous problems with customers trying to upgrade online recently

If this is not working for you, as said, you will be best to ring CS to ensure it goes through properly
