Trying to contact o2 business

Hi, is anyone having trouble contacting o2 business? I rang the phone number on the web site last night ant 1630 and it put me through to. Consumer accounts. They diverted me to business and I was on hold for an hour and half. And I’ve just spent another hour on hold and never even spoke to anyone! What is going on?

We are just customers here so don't know the reason. Complaints do seem to have risen at the moment

Not sure what number you used. This is what we have

Business Customer Service Number 

From your O2 mobile 8222 Free

From a landline 0800 977 7337 Free

From abroad +44 808 100 4439 Free

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Any idea what the difference is between "Business Customer Service" and "Online Business Customer Service" ?
