Solved: taking my number from my personal contract to my b...

I want to cancel my personal 30 day rolling contract, but keep the number and use it for my business contract that i have recently taken out.

I was told in store that this is an easy process taking just a phone call but is proving a lot more difficult.

Can anyone help

You need to migrate your number.

Call O2 on 8002 from your business phone.
