unlocking iphone

i have recetly been trying to unlock my iphone using the form on the internet. i have tried this 4 times and been unsuccessful as i may have typed in the wrong password i then tried to do it by putting in my contract details, i then got an email saying that it has been rejected due to too many unsuccessful attempts to unlock it. what should i do ??

If it's an iPhone 6, O2 won't unlock it until the device is paid in full,
If not a 6 I would call cs on 202 to clarify the reason why and see what they can do.
