No point in speaking with a guru. O2 have had a major outage today. It is being sorted and many people are back on now

I live in Edinburgh and have been getting no signal for hours. The on-line status indicator says that the service is normal. I cannot get through on the phone and I waited for half an hour for a guru and then was disconnected. Very poor customer service.

I am happy with outage now and again. Nothing is perfect. However, my next door neighbour with the same contract and same phone has full service?????
