I've tried most things every thing changing settings like it says on O2 help sight when I do my text stop sending I get wi fi at home not away from it not even my free bt roaming just keeps searching

Try texting ACTIVE to 2020. Save the settings and then reboot the phone.

BT Wifi requires that you log in with your BT account.
Download the BT Wifi app and log in through that. It's much easier.
