iOS8 and iPhone 5c

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have updated by iPhone 5c to iOS8 and since then I haven't been able to receive any call's in fact yesterday I wasn't able to make any either however that issue has been sorted by installing 8.0.2.

Is anyone else having the same problem. I am not sure if if is a problem with phone or with the OS.

I am working late tonight but I am tempted to downgrade my phone to iOS7 when I get into see if that sort's out the problem and wait for the all the bug's in iOS8 to be sorted out before upgrading again.

iOS 8.0.1 caused issues for some

iOS 8.0.2 sorted that for many.

Some Australian owners are having issues apparently

Try settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings if you're still having issues.

You'd be best to roll back and see if that sorts your issues out first before trying anything else.

Is there any news on further patch to fix this issue?

I have already done the Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings but it didn't make any difference.

iOS 8.0.2 is the latest patch - are you in this ?

What issue are you having ? As you say "however that issue has been sorted by installing 8.0.2."

Try pressing the sleep/wake button and home button until the Apple logo appears and let go to reset the iPhone.

Remove your sim and clean it.
