Sending picture messages - will not go!

I spoke to a 'help desk' person today with a problem of sending picture text messages, he kindly sent an email and asked me to follow the instructions which I have done. However, it still does not work, any more suggestions?

Hi.

Try removing your sim and giving it a clean.

Phone 02 on 202 contract or 4445 payg and speak to 02 Customer Services to ensure your account is provisioned.

Don't use Live Chat for this.
