So my SIM that I just disconnected recieves 4G but my new contract SIM doesn't

It defintely is a 4G SIM and contract

It's the misleading information I've been given that's done it most for me. Night after night of "I'll put it on priority" you'll be done by 12 midnight blah blah when nothing was being done
