You can temp change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" which will give you data until your tariff changes over. Just change it back to "iData" after the tariff change.

Hi there,

thank you for your help.  Under Cellular data it says APN idata.o2.co.uk

Is this correct?

That is correct if you have idata enabled on your account.

If you are still on standard data from using a previous no iPhone you need to change it to mobile.o2.co.uk until you change your data package with CS.
