Low volume incoming calls

Just got my refurbished as new iPhone 12 and I can’t increase the volume of incoming calls above a whisper, my outgoing call is fine

Send it back and ask O2 to exchange it for one that works.

O2 can send me a replacement before I return the broken one they supplied.
