Change saved devices on account

I have my whole family on O2 so that I can monitor everyone's account in the same place.  My kids have just changed to different iphones but their old models are still showing on my account.  I can't find anywhere to let me update them.  Any ideas how I do it?

You can't. They will update automatically after a day or so.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

They used to, 5 years ago, which was when this thread was posted.

Since then, O2 have given up with such irrelevant account issues.......

  1. Might be irrelevant to you, but not to others .... apart from it not now being my phone, the IMEI number isn't my phone either, just the phone number which I have had past 10+ years ...no way to add another either ....
  2.

@Valerie
If there is a pencil icon next to the phone, you can change it yourself.

Re IMEI.

  1. Dial *#06# from your device.
  2. You'll see your IMEI number displayed on your screen. Just make a note of it in case of loss.

@Valerie

It is really small in the top left hand corner, just logged into 2 accounts and its there on the main page.

You may need to select the number first and get into the details page.
