Can the call center be that dumb. OMG

Rang 202 this morning trying to cancel my apple watch contract that is connected to my phone contract. Simple I thought. No such luck. 
Said they would send me my PAC code to cancel my phone etc. 

I said no just cancel watch connected to my phone contract and leave my phone and number as it is. Nope not a f#*%king clue. 
we will send you PAC code to cancel your number. WTF. 

Had to hang up..

Is there a way to do this without actually contacting them. They have no clue. 

Any help would be brilliant. Did the cancel on the Apple watch App on my phone.

Keep trying until you find someone with a brain cell in use.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Cheers MI5. Only took 2 more calls and a bit of patience. Finaly got some one who knew what I was after. All sorted.
