I have reset network settings twice & turned off Bluetooth twice & the phone off twice & still no joy. Please can someone help

The Bluetooth on iPhones won't allow this I'm afraid

It's only for pairing to cars and headsets

Also it is not possible to connect with any other makes of phones to transfer pictures, IE you can't email them as you can't save them on an iPhone.

When you get a picture in an email you tap and hold on the picture for a few seconds then it will pop up with an option save to camera roll and if there is more than one it will also give you the option to save all

You must have to enable that somewhere as don't get a pop up box.
