Hi Bambino, I've already submitted that form several times in the past, I tried over a year ago and tried again in the last few days and still no joy...

What reason are you being given for not unlocking it?
Where did you get the phone from?
Have you tried another networks sim in it and connected phone to iTunes?

Hi MI5,

At the time I got my phone with O2. No reason was given because each time they said it's done and I just wait for the notification but each time I've tried an active vodafone, 3 SIM cards and connected phone to itunes and all it shows it invalid sim card. The Guru chat guy, just say re-submit and try again and when I ask why it didn't work before he just says bye and ends the chat.

I would suggest you call to speak to cs rather than use chat.
If it is on contract, make sure the imei is showing in your MyO2 correctly.

Well that would be why the unlock is failing then I guess. You need to put your contract sim back in it to register it in your myo2 then use the link in your myo2 under device details to get it unlocked.
