I have a iPhone simplicity contract with unlimited texts. I noticed charges being applied to my account under Texts so contacted 02. They said I had sent two MMS messages which I hadn't. They said they were sent to 000000000001234. It wasn't me so they credited my account for the cost incurred.
Thanks for that. Worth keeping a copy of this post in case of future bill disputes as it will show a pattern and the fact that they are not individual one offs. Clearly the explanation for mine can't be tru as the iPhone locks automatically and you have to unlock to use the MMS facility.
I have had one of these last month and already have four of these this month, its a complete pain and takes about 15minutes to explain to the customer services what happening to get a refund which I am not even sure if it went through.
I have only ever uploaded 2 photo's to facebook, 1 to twitter and a handful of emailed photo's.
Customer services tried to palm me off saying they are acccident MMS to random people. I asked her to disable MMS completely for my account and she said it wasnt possible.
