Hi

It has been known for delayed messages such as text and voicemails which may be possibly down to mast congestion or how busy the network is.

Some have said when they have turned thei phone off and on or used airplane mode (handset dependant) this then seems to help refresh the connection between phone and network.

You could also try your SIM card in an alternative phone as a process of elimination to rule out either the SIM card or iPhone. O2 provide free sim adapter kits in their shops which makes a nano sim into a micro or standard one if the alternative phone takes another size SIM card.

Also try turning voicemail off and back on.

1760 turns it off
1750 turns it back on.

Most likely a network issue in your area.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
