Hi. Can anybody explain me,why I cant use my mobile network? I sent request for the settings,they had to send me,but I didint get it. I tried everything,but I dont know what to do... I have samsung galaxy S3...

Active 2020 doesn't work with s3 I think.

Then I presume they should have been sent by email from the OPis post in which case they would have been the settings in the link provided by @MI5 wink

I text maybe 6 times, but didn't receive settings... I tried to set by friends phone,did the same and nothing again...
