Sim Swap for change of tariff only??

Hey Everyone, 

 

I changed my pay monthly tariff and received a new sim. do I need to switch it out with my old one even though the old one works with the new tariff?? FYI I haven't changed my phone just the tariff

Hello @Anonymous. No need to change anything. You can just keep the new sim as a backup should you ever need to swap.

Thank you so much! The guy i spoke to on the phone when I changed tariffs had said something about it giving me faster connection but i'm already on 4G. Didn't seem like there was any good reason to swap it slight_smile Thanks!

He maybe didn't know you already had a 4g sim.

Just keep the sim as a spare in case you need it in the future. I would, with respect, advise ou to call 202 for account issues....
