Phone Signal

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

Both my wife and I have android phones on O2. However she always seems to get a far better signal. There are times when she will have 4G and I won't even though we are right next to each other. We have tried swapping sims into each others phones and strangely the same thing happens when we swap. She gets a better signal on my phone with her sim than I do with my sim in her phone. What could be causing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

It is strange but the obvious thing is for you to pop into any o2 shop and get a sim swap to see if it helps.

Both around a year old. Our contracts are within a month of each other. We always update the sim when we upgrade.
