Since September in my area the mast has been done hence no network signal. I was told by an 02 representative my bill will be refunded for 3 months until the signal network is on. It January now and still in the same place no network signal. Today noted 02 have charged me for the February bill. It has not been 3 months refund ! STILL NO NETWORK

This is not something we can deal with here as this is a customer to customer forum
It us unusual to offer compensation and when an ex gratcia Payment is made it is usually after the problem is fixed
