Intermittent issue with making and receiving calls

Hi. Since Monday this week I’ve been having intermittent issues with making and receiving calls. Sending and receiving texts is fine, as is accessing things via mobile data. I’m on a pay as you go big bundle sim, which I renew every month (last renewed mid April).

I’ve tried taking the sim out, restarting, installing the latest software and nothing seems to fix the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
