I cant send a photo in text messages ...why..?

I believe you would need to have data enabled and it is sent as an MMS which will cost you 40p per message. Much better to send by email or a different method that won't cost you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If you are PAYG you would also need credit to cover the costs.
