@sappers

If this fails Unblock your mobile device | Phones sims and devices | Help | O2 you can look under your device details in your MyO2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Neither of these options work. I have phoned o2 on a number from Google search and obtained PUK code from automated service.

Good job - looks like the PUK page on the O2 website is SNAFU, one for @Dave-O2 in the morning!

The Automated call line also works for PUK, just tried it, @sappers:

  • Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)
  • and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.
  • when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
  • Press 2 for Everything Else
  • Press 5 for More Options
  • Press 3 - after a warning about 10-tries, your PUK,  will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy
