Anonymous

Hello,

can anyone point me in the direction where i can view how many minutes i have actually gone over my allowance on my previous bill as on my downloaded bill there is only itemised calls with a price  but no clear wording to say exactly how many minutes i've gone over??

thanks

Hi @Anonymous

You can view previous bills in MyO2

http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Backdated Bills
View your latest bill in My O2
Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.
Click on 'what I've used'

I am not sure you will be able to see how many minutes you have gone over your limit though. You may have to contact CS 202 contract 4445 payg..

The totals are at the very end of the bill.
