Hi , I need a help, don't really understand why nothing working in my phone I can't call sent messages and no Internet.On 4.02.24 was taken money from my account f20 for rolling plan , because this problems I had yesterday when I needed call I top up again f20 but still is nothing happened and doesn't work . Could you help me please.

There's a known issue with rolling plans.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Currently using:
