Unlimited Wifi changed to Basics for Iphone ???

why has my account changed from "Unlimited Wifi" to "Basics for iphone" with an extra cost of £3.00 per month?? Change seemed to happen end of February but only just noticed??

Hi thanks for suggestion.

 

Afraid its been a senior momentCat Sad in my defence i am 62 Cat Happy

I changed my phone in January, but due to having credit the new changes to contract didnt start till end Feb, i had got it in my mind it was an all in price, didnt realise the basics for iphone was extra.

 

My apology to 02... your ears must have been burning these last few days.Cat LOL

Did you change the bolt on from the all rounder to the basics?

There was a price increase for Pay Monthly customers announced last November.

I got the notification of price increase, but it was only 96p (ish) and that was increase to the rental cost... this is a complete change at a cost of £3.00.

 

I intend to contact the them but just wanting to check i hav'nt missed something

Check in MyO2 that your tariff is unchanged and also that no orders have been placed.
