Transfer number to a micro SIM when old SIM card is damaged

Anonymous
Not applicable

HI All,

I have a VERY old SIM card that has finally given up the ghost and become unreadable.  I`m looking to transfer my number across to a new micro SIM card, as I`ve had this number for nearly 20 years.

So far I`ve tried the swapmysim website with o2 but it tries to send a code to my, now defunct, sim card.

Is there anything I can do to save my number?

PLEASE HELP!!

@Anonymous If you have an O2 store near you, you can get your sim swapped there. Make sure you bring identification with you.
