Top-up didnt work

Hello everyone, 

What is happening with top-up right now? Yesterday i did a top-up for 500mb as always. Even twice. At 14.33 and in the evening  21.19 

First top-up didnt work, i didnt have any internet. So i bought it again just in case.  

And today i received a message  that i have used all my top-up data.

In one day??????????? Seriously??????

My phone constantly is connected to home wifi as always. Went in the morning to town centre, used interne few minutes for reading news and this is it. 

I didnt change any settings in phone. Not a first time doing top-up.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).
