Hi my new upgrade arrived with out any sort of charger my phone is the Xperia v 10

Chargers and accessories are no longer supplied as standard with new phones.

It's to save the environment from electrical waste as most people already have a charger they can use.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Sony no longer provide a physical charger with their phones, and havent for a while.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Just joined O2, can't get another PAC code, help!

Pre-paid award Mastercard £200 not received

Switch up terms changing 19th July.

Family cancellation
